  This steak n shake is one of the most uncleanness restaurants I've been to. I have always been a fan of steak n shake but I won't be returning to this one. The restrooms were the worse toilet paper and paper towels were not in dispensers toilets were not clean. The floors in dining area along with the tables and chairs were not clean at all even though they seated us anyways. Their needs to be a management change on cleanliness.

  Steak and shake used to be my favorite place but lately it has been going down, the service is terrible and so is the food! When I got there the server took my drink and asked if I was ready to order, he took my order, brought my drink back and never came back until he gave my check. There were about 5 tables in all which meant it wasn't even that busy. When I turned over to look for him because they had brought the wrong burger he was nowhere to be found. I decided to eat it anyways because I was hungry but when I was finishing it I found a piece of hair in it. By that time I was just fed up so I got up, paid and left. Never gain will I be going back!!!!

  Waitress Kaleigh was great. Cleanliness was horrible! This establishment had dramatically gone down hill. Front door is broken. Grill is disgusting looking. Bathrooms reek of urine and toilet was duct taped (paper towels weren't in the dispenser.) Was a very gross restaurant. Will not going again.
