  Your food is always cold or lukewarm now. I don't mind waiting for hot fresh food. That's why places like Five Guy's are taking away market shares. McDonald's was my first job we made the food fresh then. You could see an smell us cooking 5 min was not a long time for hot food. You traded your customer loyalty an hot food for slow service and cold crap.

  I ordered two six-piece chicken mcnuggets with barbecue sauce, and they gave me a box with only 4 nuggets in it, and no barbecue sauce. So I had to park my car, go inside, and get my sauce and nuggets.

  Fast service. But the tables and floor in the play area were pretty filthy. Person at the register failed to greet us when we walked in and just stared at us like we were aliens. Drive-thru seems to be the best way to go at this particular location.
