  I don't live in Savannah, so when I am visiting I always try to stop by for a sub. I was in town for New Year's weekend and wanted to get one. I called to make sure they were open and the young man who answered the phone was very unfriendly and flat. When I arrived, i walked in the door and the woman that worked there was sitting in a booth. She was bery unwelcoming, never smiled, put her phone down and slid put the boith with great disdain. She obviously was not happy that I interrupted whatever she was doing. The young man behind the counter was just as unfriendly. Neither one ever said hello or greeted me. I felt very uncomfortable and unwelcome. I had originally ordered my sub to dine in but after my experience, I got the sub and left. I would rather eat it in my truck in a parking lot somewhere. I will never visit this location again. If you don't want anyone to patronize your business....keep up the good work. This was a horrible experience. It's sad because this used to be one of my favorite locations.

  As much as I love Baldinos, I will never return to this location. They could not get my order right, with me standing in front of them giving directions. And the bread was not fresh.
