- 1 / 5By nomoretearz06I went into Bahama Bobs on 3/18/17. When I entered the restaurant, no one greeted my friend and I and one of the waitresses even looked at us and did not acknowledge that we entered the building. Therefore, we sat ourselves and waited on a waitress. instead, the waitress began wiping off a table next to us and did several other activities before she ever came over to bring us menus or greet us. When the waitress finally came to our table and we addressed our concerns, she angrily stormed off saying,"I don't feel like that." In addition, the waitress was very inappropriately dressed with transparent pants that allowed her panties and butt to be seen by the customers. The waitress also went to the bar and began talking about my friend and I with the other staff. At this point, we asked to speak with the manager, when the manager arrived he was also unprofessional and rude. He did not want to hear our concerns. Instead, he stated if this is too much for you to handle you should go somewhere else. He never addressed the waitress but instead justified her actions by saying that she was busy. However, there were few people in the restaurant and regardless customers should come first. I found this entire experience to be very unpleasant and will not be returning to this location. Staff needs to be trained on customer service including the owner. Horrible!!May 19, 2017
